• Undeliverable Orders

    Once an order leaves our warehouse, it’s in the hands of the postal carrier (e.g., USPS). If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or missed delivery, we’re happy to resend it — just cover the new shipping cost.
    If it’s marked as undeliverable and does not return to us, we can’t offer a refund or replacement.

  • Damaged Items:

    If your item arrives damaged, we’ll replace it free of charge — just email us a clear photo of the damage and we’ll sort it ASAP.
    Please note: We only offer replacements, not refunds, for damaged items.

  • Change of Mind

    We don’t offer refunds for reasons like change of mind or unmet expectations. We stand by the quality of our products
